I was born in 1976, a true Gen X, raised in a home where coffee wasn’t just a drink — it was a lifestyle. My love for it started early, thanks to my father, who always had a fresh pot brewing. Later, with my foster parents, coffee became a nightly ritual. In our house, we don’t go to sleep without a cup. No joke.


That passion turned into an obsession — and now, a mission.

Coffee has always been there for me — on quiet mornings, long hikes, snowy days, and late-night talks. But over time, I realized most people only know commercial, big-box coffee — and that’s not what coffee is supposed to be.

🎿 Skiing Changed Everything

I discovered snowboarding in my 20s (thanks to my girlfriend — now my wife). Eventually, I switched to skiing and now I shred with my boys every winter. We start the day with a fresh brew, hit the slopes, and end it with another cup — tired legs, full heart, warm hands.
